Rights and Responsibilities of the Patient’s Relative

Of course, the greatest value we have is our health… Health services cannot be compromised on people’s rights and responsibilities due to their vital importance. We believe that every individual living in society, regardless of their age, gender, race, religion, social, physical or spiritual condition, has rights that must be respected, as well as responsibilities towards the environment and people in which they live. We can only create a healthy and happy environment when we respect these rights and responsibilities.

We respect all the rights of all patients and their relatives who apply to our Contracted Healthcare Institutions and expect them to fulfill their responsibilities. With this handbook, which we have prepared by utilizing the directive of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey with the same name and international patient / patient relatives’ rights and responsibilities, we aimed to inform you, our valuable patients and patient relatives, about their rights and responsibilities.

Every individual who applies to our Contracted Healthcare Organizations for diagnosis and treatment can always demand their rights, which have been adopted by the employees of the healthcare organization, audited by the Performance Development Department and put in writing. All patients and their relatives entering from any point are trained on “Rights and Responsibilities of the Patient and Family”. In the article below, patients and their families are represented by “our patients or you” and all Anadolu Medical Center employees are represented by “us or employees”.

Thank you for choosing us and giving us the chance to serve you.

Stay in good health…

Our services

Finding the Best Doctors

As a company, we prefer to work with the best doctors. When choosing doctors, we prefer people who have experience in similar situations.

24 Hour Service

Since patients come from outside the country, we eliminate the problem of time difference by providing 24/7 service.

Second Opinion

We use the fastest methods for your treatment. You can share your statements and documents with us via the “WhatsApp” application. Our professional team will forward your documents to health institutions and they will review them and get back to you in a short time.

Medical Advice

Before going abroad, you can have your tests done in advanced microbiological and genetic pathology laboratories, send your biopsy samples to us and receive test results from contracted health institutions in line with your requests. Healthcare organizations consisting of professional doctors offer you a medical consultancy mediation service closer to a healthy life.

Post-Treatment Support

We will not stop supporting you even when you return to your homeland after treatment. You may encounter some difficulties after treatment. We show the results of the tests performed in your country to the doctor and support you if you have any problems in the supply of medicines and medical equipment.

Treatment Planning

Medicine is improving day by day in developed countries. This fact can cause confusion for people traveling abroad for healthcare. They cannot know which branch is more developed in which hospital. After long experience, we know the best specialists of different hospitals. We contact doctors directly and send patient documents to the appointment in a short time.

Air Ambulance

We offer air ambulance service in special cabins for official trips to patients with unstable physical conditions who cannot fly in an unstable position. We provide intermediary services in cooperation with contracted companies. During this process, the patient goes abroad with the necessary medical equipment under the supervision of a doctor. The patient is taken directly to the hospital by car or helicopter.
